We got a fax this morning from a company that sells us lab supplies. The fax machine has been screwed up lately; it can print the 'message sent' page but when it receives a fax, it prints it faintly and with a bunch of white lines so you can't read most of it. I could make out the name and fax number of the person who sent it, fortunately, but not the phone number or e-mail address. I could also make out that it was something about an unpaid invoice. So I faxed the person explaining that our fax machine isn't working right and asking her to get back to us with the date, amount, etc. of the invoice, and I gave her my phone number. So she faxed it to us.
