I have watched the first 10 seconds of it (yes, I paused the video to type this) and he's already said the word "fuck" of variations thereof about eight times. That's a good sign :D

The bit where he starts talking to his cock? LMAO.
But... the entire joke being based on the fact that it's a man pointing a gun at his female partner the whole time? That's... a little problematic?
I think I'm going to have to file this under "anti-feminst guilty pleasures." My amazing psychic powers predict Zach's going to catch a lot of shit in feminist blogs over this (and I hope the writers do too, because it's not entirely his fault). I'm not really going to feel sorry for him when that happens because come on, dude, seriously?
I get that they're going for hipster irony - and in case it wasn't obvious enough, they included the bit with the Stop Domestic Abuse Charity Walkathon - but hipster irony? Not really an excuse. And Funny Or Die does not have the greatest track record here.
On the other hand, I have to admit I LOL'd.

ontd_startrek where someone said it bothered them and a bunch of people piled on to explain that it was a joke. YES, WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS A JOKE AND THAT ZACHARY QUINTO DID NOT ACTUALLY HOLD UP A BAKERY, AGE FIFTY YEARS, THEN SHOOT SOMEONE. Our point is it's inappropriate to make jokes about domestic violence.
Them: But comedy is supposed to be inappropriate!
Us: OK, but not in a way that marginalizes one half of the human race, is all we're saying.
Them: You're insulting us! Stop taking away our First Amendment Rights!
And then I give up reading the thread.
Similarly, Will Ferrell is super funny and I love his movies but the rape joke in the Green Team sketch linked above should not have been there. And the argument that "they were beating up guys too!" is invalid because beating someone up does not systematically terrorize and oppress an entire class of people.

I watched it a second time. And I laughed again! It is a funny video! It is also problematic! It can be both! The people getting all up in our shit insisting that we not be even a tiny bit bothered by it or else we're humorless prudes? That's polarizing. It makes us less apt to acknowledge the video's good points. It shuts down meaningful discussion. And yet somehow we're the ones who always get accused of being closed-minded.

Anyway, here's a video that's NSFW and about sex and yet, amazingly, it is not offensive to women! See, because he's talking about sexy things that both he and his female partner would enjoy! None of the humor is based on women suffering! DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE?? I think a lot of the commenters onontd_startrek actually do not, and that is really freaking depressing.
