I got it from eBay. It was pretty good. Would've been absolute crap without Emma Thompson and Alan. As usual. The American accents weren't off-putting - I thought they would be. Emma Thompson was great. I liked the speech she did in the beginning (well, half an hour into the movie, when her and Alan's characters finally turned up) about all the assumptions he might make about her. Like she only joined the FBI to prove to her father she's not a coward and she only got her job because she gives good head and she's secretly in love with him but she won't admit it. I liked the car chase too. In Alan's character's crappy car. Both of their characters were more real than you'd usually expect from a movie like this. They even looked more real - not a lot of make-up and stuff.

This brings the total number of Alan's movies I haven't seen down to four. Unfortunately, one of those is The Search for John Gissing, which looks like it's really good. I guess I'll try to get my hands on that one next.
