woo!

My mum and I went to Santa Cruz and we saw:

• Monarch butterflies. Hundreds of 'em.


• Two ratties.


• A big, dead seal. It had washed up on the beach.


• A whole lot of pelicans.

That was cool. We didn't get fudge :( But I discovered on Thursday that they sell fudge at Trader Joe's :)

arrrrgh!

How is it that I can be really damn good at Treasure Drop but lose on the first round every time I play in a tournament?

It doesn't help that I haven't had much practice with Turbo and I'd never played Holes before - I didn't even know how they worked.
