Argh, I'm seriously craving a portabello mushroom sandwich and nowhere around here sells them. I found a recipe, maybe I'll make one for dinner.

But in the meantime, I need lunch! I can't think of anything else I want to eat! Argh! I do fancy a tasty salad but I have to think of something to go with it. Normally, "pasta" would be the obvious choice but I had pasta for lunch yesterday (went to lunch with the co-workers and a visiting scientist from another branch of the company). Pizza? Yeah, that sounds good, I'll do the Round Table salad bar and a mini pizza.

Whew, that was a close one, I might've starved to death just then.

Happier times

I was looking at my early entries and I posted this on May 25, 2003:
I'm so happy. I just went to 7-11 and got me a cherry Icee, Cheetos and a chocolate bar. I'm wide awake. I figured this would happen. I stayed up really late rereading The Lathe of Heaven last night so today I was sleepy and I had to take a nap. I had a good day: watchin' cartoons, drawin' comics, takin' a nap. Now I'm working on my Snape site. And eating my snacks. Pirate monkeys love snacks!

I still love snacks. *sniffle*

I am definitely going to have to do this sort of thing again.
