gmonkey42Man, I'm sore. I went to belly dance on Saturday and yoga on Sunday. Tonight, I'm going to try a hip hop dance class. It's at the gym so I don't know how much of it is actually going to be technique & choreography and how much is going to be just aerobics to hip hop music. We'll see.
