gmonkey42I e-mailed customer service at a company and the reply was ALL IN CAPS. WHEN SOMEONE TYPES ALL IN CAPS, DO YOU READ IT AS NORMAL OR IS THE VOICE IN YOUR HEAD THAT SAYS THE WORDS (I hope I'm not the only one who has a voice in my head that says the words when I read) SHOUTING? BECAUSE MINE'S SHOUTING. And it's weird. Why would someone in customer service send an e-mail like that? And it was essentially just "I've forwarded this to the person who can answer your question and he'll e-mail you soon," so there was no reason for shouting.
