gmonkey42Did some high-profile site recently link to Pirate Monkeys Inc.? I haven't gotten many real guestbook entries in a while and I've gotten several in the past few days. Whatever the reason, that's cool!
In food news, I bought some leeks to make soup and I'd better hurry up and make it before they go bad. I don't know if I'll feel like it tonight, I'll probably do it tomorrow. Making soup takes a while. I also got a bag of potatoes and some garlic and onion and I thought I'd throw in a little kale too. It's going to be good soup. I like leeks.
I made eggplant lasagna a few days ago and that was great. I put some in the freezer but I've already eaten all the unfrozen portion and one box of the frozen. Only one box left now. I still have half the eggplant, I'll have to make some more. Except I'll need to buy more mozzarella. Maybe I'll just make eggplant parmesan, that's always good.
