gmonkey42I decided to make gingerbread cookies today - did my cherry & nut slice cookies the other day and I'm going to do brown sugar nut crescent wrap things too. Gingerbread for today though. Except this just happened:
I had scrambled egg and soy bacon for breakfast - I've started doing 1 whole egg + 1 egg white so it's healthier than my usual two whole eggs. It tastes the same. I threw out the extra yolk. I just looked up a recipe for gingerbread cookies and it calls for one egg yolk. Blast!
