1) Your HP nickname: uh, GMonkey? I don't have a specific one for HP.
2) Do you write fanfiction: I'd like to but I haven't written any yet. I have ideas for stories but it would take me forever to write them.
3) Draw fanart: Hells yeah
4) Review much: Not really. If I particularly like a story, I'll send a little note saying I liked it. I'm not great at giving feedback.
5) Read too many fics: Don't read enough.
6) Favorite house: Slytherin
7) Favorite Gryffindor student: Hermione
8) Favorite Slytherin student: Draco
9) Favorite Ravenclaw student: Luna
10) Favorite Hufflepuff student: don't have one
11) Favorite teacher: tie between Lupin and Snape. If we're just going by what kind of teacher they are and not the overall character then Lupin
12) Favorite overall character: three-way tie between Snape, Lupin and Hermione
13) Favorite adult: once again, Snape and Lupin
14) Canon/fanon Draco: Canon. Fanon!Draco sucks. And canon book!Draco, not movie!Draco. Movie!Draco is too one-dimensional.
15) Canon/fanon Snape: Canon but with more backstory thrown in than we've been provided with so far in canon.
16) Voldemort or Dumbledore: uhh, it depends.
17) Cho, annoying or not: hate her
Shipping:
18) Your OTP: Snape/Lupin
19) Other ships you sail: Snape/Lucius, Snape/Sirius, Sirius/Remus
20) Intriguing ships: Snape/Hagrid
21) Underimpressive ships to me: Hermione/Ginny. I just don't see it. Also Snape/Harry.
22) Hated ships: Draco/Hermione, Snape/Hermidone
23) Het, slash or femmeslash: Slaaaaash.
24) H/Hr or R/Hr: wouldn't read either.
25) D/Hr or D/G: see #24
26) H/D or H/SS: if they're both well-written... I guess Harry/Draco. But it's hard to choose.
27) Older gen, younger gen or cross-gen: Am I correct in assuming this refers to the ages of people in the pairing? Older.
Fanfiction:
28) Canon or AU: Some people use AU as an excuse to have the characters OOC and I don't like that. I do like having the characters IC but finding themselves in a different setting, like time-travel or something. Generally prefer canon, just because good AU is hard to find.
29) Fluff or angst: both can suck but I'm leaning towards angst. Fluff is more likely to suck.
30) Darkfic: I don't set out looking for it but I've found some that I liked.
31) OOC or IC: IC! Why would anyone prefer OOC? That's lame.
32) SuddenlyVeryPowerful!Harry: otherwise known as Harry Sue? No.
33) One-shot or chaptered: Generally the short ones just because I don't have a lot of time to spend reading fic.
34) Novel-length: it would have to be really well-written or I'd lose interest.
35) Gen, het or slash: Didn't they already ask this? Slash.
36) Drabbles: cool.
37) SuddenlyVerySexy!Draco: Drac-y Sue? No.
38) Fanfiction Pet Peeves: When I'm reading Snupin and everything's going along fine then suddenly one or both of them (usually Snape) has to leap out of character in order to get them into bed. If you don't think the pairing is plausible with the canon characters as they are then don't write it, or label is as OOC fic.
39) Canon or Fanon: Like, the books vs fanfic? The books.
40) Many ships in one fic: Nahh, I prefer to have it focus on one. I've seen, for example, Snape/Sirius where they just throw in Harry/Remus too and that doesn't do anything for me. A few of them have to be straight.
Books:
59) Cried for Cedric: No. It's very rare for a book or movie to make me cry.
60) Cried for Sirius: No but it made me sad. Not so much for the character as for the story, if that makes sense. He had a lot of potential for interesting character development and now we're not going to see it.
61) Dark or Light Side: I'd like to see more about the Dark Side. I like the idea of the Dark Side having a lot of good ideas in addition to the bad ones. Seems like a lot of people want it to be black-and-white and I like to see more complexity.
62) Did the explanation of the prophecy satisfy you: It was pretty obvious. I was surprised there wasn't more to it than that.
63) Which character(s) needs some more development: Though he's already had a lot, Snape. Also Ginny.
Fanart:
64) Favorite artist(s): ...me? Nahh, seriously, I like a lot of people but
65) Favorite drawing style: comic-bookish semi-realism or real-realism
66) Love fanart of: Snape.
67) Fanart Pet Peeves: With my own work? Getting the proportions right but I'm working on that. Also drawing clothes; I have a lot of trouble picturing how the fabric would drape. I do a lot better if I have a picture to look at.
68) Stick art: hee hee. Yes.
69) Shiny: huh?
70) Anime/Manga style: No. Too easy to do, resulting in tons of people doing it badly. Also, they all look like children. I like it when it's well-done but this is rare. Am capable of it myself but I never do it because I don't like it.
71) Realism: mostly.
72) Cartoon: like comics? yeah. And I like the occasional Disney parody.
73) Gen or shipped: generally look for Snupin but I've read gen and liked it too.
Misc.:
74) Blaise's gender: male
75) Tom Riddle's eye colour: deep reddish brown.
76) Luna fan: I like her. I think I like her less than she deserves, just because there was so much going on in OotP that I didn't pay that much attention to her. I'm re-reading it right now so I think I'll like her better in a few days.
77) OC's, done or not done: Can work; usually doesn't. I like it when people do deliberate self-inserts for the sake of humor (cough naked Snape cough)
78) Liking Weasley ships with 'Flame' or 'Fire' in the name: Like, in the title? This is oddly specific. I don't read Weasley ships, in any case.
79) Weasley love: Gred&Forge
80) Malfoy love: oh yeah.
81) Potter love: meh.
82) Is Lucius really 49: What? No, he's 41. That's what it said in OotP. Isn't it? Making him about 3 years older than Snape, right? Now I'm all confused.
83) Brilliant ship name (Don't need to ship it, though!): Snarry. Rolls off the tongue.
84) Plain stupid ship name: ...Snoldemort?
85) Voldemort. Bald. Yes or no: Present-day Voldemort, bald. Pre-killing the Potters Voldemort, long black hair.
86) The power He-Knows-Not and the power that saved Harry is: What? It's love, right? Again, wasn't this already stated in the books?
87) Your view on Hufflepuff-ies: neutral. The Hat basically admitted in OotP that they really are mostly the dumbasses, not especially "hard-working" or "loyal." I haven't seen a Hufflepuff character yet who's interested me, except Cedric.
88) Should Ron say 'Bloody Brilliant' more then once?: J.K.R. can get away with more than fanfic authors. Too much "bloody" from Ron in fanfic says to me they don't know much about his character and maybe they've seen the movies too much and read the books too little. Or they just can't write dialogue. Which bugs me because my writing is very dialogue-driven, which is largely why I do comics.
89) Hermione. Pretty. Am I right?: No. And she's not skinny either. Neither she nor Snape is physically attractive by the usual standards, though Hermione comes closer than Snape.
90) Best HP fanfic ever: Death Eaters at the Malfoy Estaaaaaaate!
91) Rec the 2nd best, too: See, I haven't read a lot. I'm going to say "Wicked Game" because that's the best Snupin I've come across. It sucks liking Snape/Lupin because I'm picky about how Snape's written and a lot of the fics are crap.
92) Did HP change your life dramatically: The books/movies didn't but the fandom did because it gave me a reason to make my website. So, over a year later, I was able to take over administration of the site here at work. Damn, that's amazing. I never really thought about that before. Also, being in the fandom is what made me get an LJ account. And without LJ, I might never have read The Obesity Myth.
93) Marauders. Like or dislike: Like reading about them. Actively dislike James.
94) Prongs, Moony, Padfoot or Wormtail: Mooooooonyyyyyy!
95) Could Lily have been an animagus too: Could have, as in, was capable of becoming one? Yes. Was she? No.
96) What animal Lily would've been: no idea. I don't know anywhere near enough about her.
97) Did Harry pass his Potions O.W.L.: Yeah. It said he did better without Snape bugging him. And he has to be able to become an Auror (whether he actually becomes one or not remains to be seen) after what McGonagall said. And I think he has to take Potions all seven years. Snape's too major a character for Harry not to interact with him often.
98) Did Ron: I hadn't really thought about that. It's possible that he didn't. Certainly possible that he didn't do well enough to take 6th year Potions.
99) Is Harry going to die or will he survive: probably going to survive but after she offed Sirius, I'm not sure.
100) What gives you the most warm fuzzies in your stomach in the whole HP-verse: When I get good feedback that points out something specific that they like. I got one for my Evil in Drag drawing that said they liked how the guys looked like men in drag, not like girlish boys. And that's cool because I know a lot of people like seeing characters - Snape especially - looking very femme and I never draw him that way.
