Also, I met
iibnf (Bernice) and her friend yesterday and I had a great time! They were on vacation in SF. We ate lots of food at the Cheesecake Factory and then we went around looking at shops for a while. We went to Neiman Marcus. I'd never been there before and as such, I wasn't aware that Neiman Marcus is completely fucking insane. We went around laughing at all the clothes. First, we saw some that seriously looked like costumes from a SciFi movie. Then we saw some miscellaneous horrible stuff. But then we saw the Worst Sweater Ever. I think what caught our eyes first was that there was a piece hanging off the bottom, like someone had tried to cut off the bottom three inches or so but then stopped halfway through. It was green and it had little furry orange pom-poms all over it that were probably real fox, or possibly cat. And it had sort of lacy green sleeves sticking out from the real sleeves and they'd probably hang down and cover the hands of anyone deranged enough to wear it.
And then we saw they were charging about $2,300 for it. And we laughed even more. I said "Hey! I know how to knit! We could make a fortune!" and Bernice said "I don't know how to knit and this is what I'd end up with. With bits hanging off."
I think I got a dirty look from a woman nearby who was actually shopping there but maybe people who shop there just look pissed off all the time. I would.
Anyway, Bernice took a picture of it, along with a sequined dress that had some weird creatures depicted on it that we decided were Pokemon. So you can see it when she gets home.
