Since you LJers have been so awesome in the past, maybe you can help me again: we need a new phone system at work because the one we have now sucks. I've been assigned to get bids from companies to set it up. I called Avaya (they work for Lucent) and Teleset, who's an SBC partner. I'm also going to call the company that our parent company used, Digital South Communications. And I'll try AT&T.

Do you all know of any companies that are particularly good?
