my humps?

I just inadvertently saw a very, very low-res version of the Black Eyed Peas video "My Humps." I couldn't really make out the words so I have a question for those of you who actually watch music videos: what are her humps? Her buttocks? She did also refer to them as "my loveley lady lumps," if that helps.

Just wondering.
