gmonkey42Want to know why I called my store PiMoInc instead of Sparklypoo? Because the store ID "sparklypoo" is already in use! Someone's selling bootleg Sparklypoo merchandise!

I don't care if they put "thanks to piratemonkeysinc.com," that doesn't make it OK to sell stuff with the thing I created without even asking me (though I would've said "no" anyway). If I catch anyone wearing a bootleg Sparklypoo shirt at Lumos, I am definitely going to kick their ass.
ETA I looked around and if they shut me down for copyright infringement, they're going to have to shut down a whole lot of people because there are plenty of stores that come closer to violating JKR/WB's copyright than Sparklypoo. I've sent a message to Café Press explaining the situation and requesting the contact information for the store owner. I'm not going to take it to court or anything, it's more about letting the store owner know I'm pissed off and no, immitation is not the best form of flattery, not when you're selling a shitty product and making it look like something I endorse.
