I've decided to make some gingerbread cookies. I thought maybe I'd make a Snape one except then I remembered that 1) I don't have the gingerbread "woman" cookie cutter (with a dress/wizard robes) and 2) black icing tastes nasty. But I'm going to bake them tonight and ice them tomorrow so I might change my mind and make a Snape in his movie suit. Or just some tasty cookies. Either way.
I wanted to get some sugar crystals - not granulated sugar but larger crystals like coarse salt - to put on top, but crappy Albertson's didn't have any. I think I have some Sugar in the Raw in the fridge, that'll work. Assuming it doesn't taste like onions from sitting in the fridge for months (I put it there because of ants).
