Hoping this doesn't turn out badly

I bought a bell pepper and some soy "beef" yesterday to make stuffed pepper tonight but I couldn't be bothered so I was foraging in the freezer for my dinner. I found some potato soup but I had soup yesterday. There was some lasagne but I didn't feel like that. Then I found mushroom stroganoff. That sounds good. The funny thing is I don't remember making stroganoff in a long, long time. Like since before I moved here, which was a year ago. It seems fine.
