Just a quick review now, because I'm at work. I'm just thawing stuff out. So pardon any typos.

Overall I thought it was cool. I went to see it with two of my co-workers. Just got back. I guess there are some benefits to working here after all.
Random thoughts:
- how the hell did the ship fly? Like, in the sky, way the hell away from any metal, despite the fact that the ship stays in the air due to electromagnetism? Yeah. That bugged me.
- something that bugged me and my co-workers was why they could invent those machine gun robot things and still have to depend on projectile weapons. Helloooo, energy weapons? I guess it didn't matter, since they inhabit movie-world, where they never run out of ammo. And the bad guys thoughtfully shoot at the stone pillars (I'm thinking here of the scene when they're getting into the French dude's club) instead of shooting at the people they actually want to kill.
- I had to try really hard not to laugh all through Trinity's big death scene. At first, I thought she was just going to have a bloody stump then just nothing from the waist down or something. Like that one guy in Black Hawk Down. I mean, obviously she was hurt. And when she goes "I can't come with you" or whatever and Neo goes "Why?" I was thinking, MST3K-style, "Becase I don't have any legs, you stupid bastard!" And then he was crying but he couldn't cause, like, he didn't have any eyes. I thought that was freaking hillarious. There is something wrong with me. I know.
Yeah, Trinity dies. Neo dies too, right at the end, with all this cheesey Christ symbolism. I told you there'd be spoilers.
- my friend Brian pointed out that if they could make all those cool robots and flying ships then why couldn't they make clothes that weren't all torn. I agree. It musst suck to be in the Matrix, wearing all cool vinyl trenchcoats and stuff then come back into real life and have to wear a crappy torn sweater.
- Why did Neo have to do that stupid "c'mere" gesture with Smith? It was lame in the first movie and it's even more lame now. It was done better in Kiss of the Dragon, which overall sucked goat balls but there was one bit where the two guys were fighting and they were both pretty tired and neither wanted to come over so they kept doing the gesture to each other.
- This movie makes me think I should seriously start going to TKD more. I have to get in shape for snowboarding too. There'll be snow within a month. Yay! (says the woman who conveniently lives somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with snow on a daily basis but lives within driving distance of a place where they do).
- ok, back to work. more review to come, if I feel like it.
