Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall and Sacha Baron Cohen. Directed by Tim Burton. In a frikkin musical. Squeeeee!
There's a bit of Johnny singing in the trailer but Alan sings in the movie too. I didn't realize, when I first saw it on IMDB, what a large part the judge is. I don't know whether Sacha sings. Also I'm pretty sure Timothy Spall plays Alan's craven assistant. So if they cut a bunch out of Spinner's End in the HBP movie, at least we'll have this.
Y'know, it strikes me that although the lead actors are all quite versatile, in this film they're all in the type of role they're best known for. And I think I'm really going to enjoy it.
