WordPress advice?

gmonkey42The lab is going to start a blog (yes I'll post a link when it's up) and it's already been decided that we're going to use WordPress. I've volunteered to help out with it in some capacity. Do any of you have experience with it? Any cool tricks? Does it suck/not suck?
