Yesterday morning. I made scones with Devon cream and jam, tea, and mushroom dill scrambled eggs.
I'm not counting toast or things I just heat up in the microwave. The scones are sort of cheating because they're from a packet mix but the egg was from scratch so the meal as a whole counts, I think.
