gmonkey42My first day at my new job went OK. R___'s out of town till Thursday and J___ (this is a different J, not the J from the old job) didn't have anything much for me to do. He gave me some papers to read on Y chromosome STRs and SNPs (different types of genetic markers), because we'll be developing a more comprehensive Y test than the one we offer now. So that took all morning. Then I spent the afternoon starting to build a database for orders and customer info, because now they just have it all in a big spreadsheet. Did I mention it's a small company? But it's cool.
I read the latest PoA review on AICN and they said "Alan Rickman owns everyone as Snape." Killer. And they said the shrieking shack scene is changed :( but that Alan, David and Gary save it. They rule.
Yeahh. Also I downloaded the SNL HP parody from MuggleNet. That's pretty damn funny. Lame but funny.
I've decided I need a shirt that says "Free Lucius" to wear when PoA comes out. I thought they had them at Hot Topic but I didn't see any. So do they sell 'em anywhere or will I have to make it myself?
